1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Vanakam Fabrication ("we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship business operating since 2010 from Kesnand, Mangalmurti Road, Wagholi, Pune – 412207. By contacting us, requesting a quote or availing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services offered

We provide custom metal fabrication and installation, including:

• Main gates and safety doors
• MS railings, SS 304 railings and glass railings (framed, frameless, spider)
• MS window grills
• Rolling shutters and rolling shutter repair
• Balcony shades, window shades, terrace and parking sheds
• AC brackets, tree/plant stands and other custom fabrication
• Repair of the above items

3. Quotations & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on information shared by the customer or observed during a site visit. The final price may vary based on:

• Actual measurements taken on site
• Material, grade, thickness and finish chosen by the customer
• Design complexity and customization
• Material market rates at the time of order confirmation

Prices shown on our website are starting rates and may change without prior notice. Safety door rates are shared on WhatsApp or after a site visit, as they vary widely by design and size. The written quotation given after the site visit is the final reference for price, material and scope.

4. Site visit & measurement

A site visit is scheduled after initial contact to take accurate measurements and discuss design and material. The visit is free of charge within our service area — Wagholi, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Wadgaon Sheri, Hadapsar, Kalyani Nagar, Chandan Nagar, Mundhwa, Dhanori, Lohegaon, Charholi and surrounding areas of East Pune.

5. Payment terms

• An advance payment, typically 40–50% of the quoted amount, may be required to confirm the order
• The balance is due on completion and installation
• Payment can be made by UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), bank transfer or cash
• Please make payments only to Vanakam Fabrication's official UPI/bank details shared by us, and keep the payment confirmation

6. Timeline & installation

Fabrication and installation usually take 3–7 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the order (for example, balcony and window shades usually take 2–4 days). Repair work is often completed the same day, subject to part availability. Timelines may be affected by material availability, weather or site readiness.

Measurement, fabrication and installation are done by our own team. The team cleans up the work area after installation.

7. Warranty

• Main gates: 1-year warranty from the installation date
• Other fabrication work: 6 months on workmanship and manufacturing defects from the installation date
• Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, alterations by others, or natural wear and tear
• Rust or corrosion due to lack of maintenance (for example, not repainting MS items when needed) is not covered
• Warranty claims can be made by calling or sending photos on WhatsApp

8. Customer responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely site access for measurement and installation
• Share any specific design, colour or material requirement clearly before order confirmation
• Make payments as per the agreed terms
• Where a housing society has rules about design, colour or work timings, inform us so the work follows them

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before fabrication begins. Once material has been purchased or cut, or fabrication has started, cancellation may not be possible, or the advance may be adjusted against the costs already incurred. Custom orders confirmed with an advance cannot be cancelled without mutual agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

Vanakam Fabrication is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except as required by applicable law. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.

11. Changes to terms & jurisdiction

We may update these Terms at any time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
