These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Vanakam Fabrication ("we", "us", "our"), located at Kesnand, Mangal Murti Road, Wagholi, Pune – 412207. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or availing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Vanakam Fabrication provides custom metal fabrication services including but not limited to:

• Main Gates, Safety Doors, Steel & Glass Railings
• Rolling Shutters, Window Grills, Balcony Shades
• AC Brackets, Aluminium Sliding Windows, Tree Stands
• Repair services for the above items

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information shared by the customer or observed during a site visit. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual measurements taken on-site
• Material specifications chosen by the customer
• Design complexity and customization requests
• Current material market rates at time of order confirmation

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and subject to change without prior notice.

4. Site Visit & Measurement

A site visit will be scheduled after initial contact to take accurate measurements. This visit is provided free of charge within our service area (Wagholi, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Hadapsar, and surrounding areas in Pune).

5. Payment Terms

• An advance payment may be required to confirm orders, typically 40-50% of the total quoted amount
• Balance payment is due upon completion and installation
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer
• Custom orders, once confirmed with advance payment, cannot be cancelled without mutual agreement

6. Delivery & Installation Timeline

Standard fabrication and installation typically takes 3-7 working days depending on order complexity and size. Repair services are often completed on the same day, subject to part availability. Timelines may be affected by material availability or weather conditions.

7. Warranty

We provide a standard warranty on workmanship for all fabrication work. Warranty terms:

• Manufacturing defects: covered for 6 months from installation date
• Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or natural wear and tear
• Rust or corrosion due to lack of maintenance is not covered under warranty

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site access for measurement and installation
• Ensure timely payment as per agreed terms
• Communicate any specific design or material requirements clearly before order confirmation

9. Limitation of Liability

Vanakam Fabrication is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except as required by applicable law. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product provided.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before fabrication begins. Once material has been cut or fabrication has started, cancellation may not be possible, or advance payment may be forfeited to cover incurred costs.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
